**Terms and Conditions for Wolf Manor Cam Group**

1. **Introduction**

These terms and conditions govern your relationship with Wolf Manor, hereafter referred to as “the Agency” or “we,” and your participation as a webcam model, hereafter referred to as “the Model” or “you.” By signing up with Wolf Manor, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not proceed with the registration process.

2. **Eligibility**

2.1. The Model must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate.

2.2. The Model must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

2.3. The Model must have access to a reliable internet connection and suitable equipment for webcam modelling.

3. **Wolf Manor Representation**

3.1. By signing up with Wolf Manor, the Model agrees to grant Wolf Manor the exclusive right to represent them on the Adultwork platform for a rolling period of one (1) month. This rolling period resets every time you log in and start streaming.

3.2. During the term of representation, the Model agrees to conduct all webcam modelling activities exclusively through Wolf Manor on the Streamate platform.

3.3. If the Model joins Adultwork under Wolf Manor, they agree to be tied to Wolf Manor for a period of 7 days . In the event the Model wishes to terminate their representation with Wolf Manor before the expiration of the six-month period, they must provide written notice to Wolf Manor. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Adultwork platform for a further 7 days from the date of termination of their representation with Wolf Manor.

3.4. The Model acknowledges that any attempt to circumvent this exclusivity clause on the Adultwork platform may result in termination of their contract with Wolf Manor.

4. **Duration of Representation**

4.1. The term of representation with Wolf Manor shall commence upon the Model’s registration with Wolf Manor and shall continue for a rolling period of 1 month for the Adultwork platform. This rolling period resets every time you log in and start streaming.

4.2. If the Model wishes to terminate their representation with Wolf Manor, they must provide written notice to Wolf Manor. However, the Model acknowledges and agrees that they will be unable to use the Adultwork platform for a further 7 days from the date of termination of their representation with Wolf Manor.

5. **Obligations of the Model**

5.1. The Model agrees to perform webcam modelling services in a professional manner and to adhere to all guidelines provided by Wolf Manor.

5.2. The Model agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared by Wolf Manor or its clients.

5.3. The Model acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any content they produce during webcam sessions and indemnifies Wolf Manor against any claims arising from such content.

6. **Payment**

6.1. The Model agrees to the payment terms and conditions outlined by Wolf Manor, including but not limited to commission rates, payment schedule, and payment methods.

6.2. The Model acknowledges that Wolf Manor shall deduct commissions and any applicable fees from their earnings as outlined in the payment terms.

7. **Termination**

7.1. Wolf Manor reserves the right to terminate the Model’s representation at any time for breach of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Wolf Manor.

7.2. The Model may terminate their representation with Wolf Manor by providing written notice as outlined in section 4.2.

8. **Amendments**

8.1. Wolf Manor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The Model will be notified of any changes, and continued participation following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

9. **Governing Law**

9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

10. **Continued Acceptance**

10.1. The Model acknowledges and agrees that continued use of Wolf Manor services, including but not limited to accessing the Wolf Manor platform, engaging in webcam modelling activities, or receiving payments through Wolf Manor, constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By signing up with Wolf Manor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including the clause regarding continued acceptance.
